NEWS FLASH!!!  The City of Carlsbad  settled their lawsuit with the County of San Diego over the McClellan-Palomar Airport Master Plan Update.  C4FA objects to  this settlement agreement because it appears to overwhelmingly benefit the County. It provides no restrictions on the expansion of Palomar Airport and sets the stage for the offloading of air traffic from San Diego’s Lindbergh Field, which was the stated intent by the County Board of Supervisors when voting to approve the plan.
